Project overview: This one-acre site is adjacent to 55 acres of open space along the hills above Highway 101 in Marin county. The steepness of the site required that the design spread out along the contour of the hill so the height limit could be maintained. The design incorporates a principal house, guesthouse, swimming pool, landscaping and terraces. The design and construction documents were done in collaboration with Jerry Kler Architects.
