Project overview: The front yard of this existing residence was given a face lift with the help of a defining fence that wraps the perimeter of the yard. The corner and entrance were carved out to provide built-in seating while the native and drought tolerant landscape flowed freely around both sides of the fence. Paving stones line the interior of the yard to further reduce the need for irrigation. The project was done in collaboration with the HGTV Curb Appeal TV show.
