Project overview: The project involved creating a new facade on an existing structure without changing any massing or window openings due to particular historic requirements. The result was a pallet of new materials and colors. New wood paneling and stone base were added after stripping the existing facade and adding new waterproofing details. The stone continues up the front stairs to the entrance landing with a bold yellow and red gate The design was done in collaboration with Jerry Kler Architects.
