Project overview: This design study looked at renovating an existing 2 story building in San Francisco’s Russian Hill neighborhood with an additional floor to accommodate 8-12 500-750 s.f lofts. A roof garden adds space for residents to relax and exercise in a semi private environment while the ground floor commercial interacts with the public space.The design was done in collaboration with Jerry Kler Architects.
