Project overview: This project was a one off rendering for a developer wanting to see a massing model of a 4 story apartment building on Orange Avenue in San Diego. A schematic design was quickly sketched and massing model made in sketchup. The result is a quick study of what could be. The renderings show the development process over the course of 2 days The design was done in collaboration with BASIS Architects.
