Project overview: This 110 unit development project in Santa Rosa, Ca was redesigned to meet the needs of a rental market vs that of fixed sales homes when it was designed in 2007. The current design introduces more outdoor private terraces and gardens and redesigned the units for better efficiency and layout. The design was done in collaboration with Jerry Kler Architects.
