THE 1200 SF BUILDING INCLUDES A 3 BEDROOM/3 BATHROOM ACCESSIBLE RESIDENTIAL UNIT WITH AN ELEVATOR SERVING THE GROUND FLOOR & 2ND FLOOR. THE 3RD FLOOR IS SET BACK FROM THE ALLEY WITH AN OUTDOOR TERRACE SERVING THE UPPER 2 BEDROOMS. THE FACADE OF THE BUILDING AT THE ALLEY PROPOSES A CULTURAL MURAL, IN LINE WITH THE EXISTING LILIAC STREET MURALS.
