Project overview: This facade and front yard renovation was done in collaboration with the HGTV Curb Appeal TV show. The design concept incorporated a modern makeover to a traditional San Francisco home and extended the living space outdoors. The boundary between private and public space changes with a swinging fence and gate opening the front yard to the sidewalk.
